Imperfect Sound Forever

Final Friday 8

Ilza

Ilza came through from Cleveland with a churning mix of beats and synths that split the difference between comforting and nauseating - sometimes both at once.

Fire Death

Fire Death brought clouds of fried free sax loops and echoes from Cleveland, alternating between zoned drones and whiplash kraut-jazz.

Grasshopper

Grasshopper drove a steamroller of trumpet-sourced drone down the NJ Turnpike from Brooklyn for the explicit purpose of flattening Wilmington and everything within a 10 mile radius.  Most creative combination of organic and electronic elements I’ve seen in a while.
