The closest they get to blowing the roof off the place is on the firecracker single “Henrietta,” which starts with a burst of florescent synths and a heavy dub bass, but quickly fizzles out into an extended vocoder outro well before the possibilities of the groove are exhausted. It’s a good metaphor for the band themselves, who are constantly moving on, rather than looking back.
